Mission Statement for the Fellowship for the New Evangelization: "To support Diocesan Directors of Youth and Young Adult Ministries in implementing the New Evangelization"
Goals 1. To keep Christ in the Eucharist as the central focus of our lives and ministries We do this through an annual retreat for diocesan directors of youth and young adult ministries and by
making prayer (especially Mass and Adoration) a top priority at our gatherings. 2. To foster an atmosphere of support and fellowship We do this through our annual retreat, monthly conference calls, an email network, and by making fellowship a priority at our gatherings. 3. To work together to further the implementation of the New Evangelization in our Dioceses We do this through a study of the documents of the new evangelization on our monthly calls, through retreats/conferences to form youth workers in the new evangelization, and by inviting new and current diocesan directors to share in the fellowship.
